How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage during transit. We ensure that each product is safely packed and sealed to maintain its quality until it reaches you.

What are the shipping charges?

We provide FREE delivery on most items within India. Some items may have additional shipping charges depending on their nature or delivery location.

For international orders, shipping charges vary depending on the product and destination country. These charges are clearly mentioned on the product page. Prices listed in INR apply only to India; international prices may differ to include applicable shipping costs.

If a consignment is returned for any reason, the student shall bear the extra shipping charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7 working days, and international orders within 21 working days. All orders are shipped within 3 working days from Arpita Tulsyan.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies such as Delhivery and other trusted partners. In areas where these couriers do not provide service, we use Indian Speed Post for delivery.

If no courier service is available in your area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery location serviced by our courier partners.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Arpita Tulsyan orders are dispatched via reputed courier partners who provide a Tracking ID. This ID allows you to track your shipment on the respective courier official website.

You will receive the tracking details via email once your order is shipped. You can also find your tracking information under the Order History section when you log in to your account.
