Mam i have to say this without any doubt now. After listening to your lecs i can be assured of scoring an exemption in law. Such efforts !! Truly appreciable i do not just know the law now i know why that section has been made. Keep doing the hardwork. You are going to get good wishes of those 1000 of students who now know what they are studyng. Such clear and crisp words concepts. Arpitha, I am so thankful to you. A builder cheated us and we were running around behind civil case, and incidentally he became a respondent in NCLT. We filed claims . The RP stared playing dirty game. I didn't understand how to ensure that our claims are submitted in the court. I was in such a state of despair and by God's grace I came across your video. I am not a commerce person. Still I could understand everything you said. As lay man buyers we had no idea what IBC means. Your video gave me the trigger. I started looking out for resolution professionals and finally we have won. The builder 's company is under liquidation now. You have uploaded this video for learners. But this has also helped us understand our rights and fight for it. In our case the RP joined hands with CD and wasted 270 days. There is much scope for improvement in IBC 2016. Hope amendments keep coming. God bless you
